Award Ceremony
Individual Ticket: £299.00 + VAT
Optional £10 donation to Once Upon A Smile, a local children’s bereavement charity.
Table of 12: £3,289.00 + VAT
Optional £120 donation to Once Upon A Smile, a local children’s bereavement charity.
Ticket prices include: A welcome reception, drinks package during the awards ceremony and a three-course meal, with wine, beer and soft drinks included.
A bar will also be available throughout the evening, with drinks available to purchase by card.
Order Process
- To purchase award ceremony tickets please complete the order form below.
- If you wish to opt out of the charity donation (£10 per ticket), please email awards@todayswillsandprobate.co.uk immediately after processing your booking.
- You will receive a confirmation email and invoice within 72 hours of submitting this form.
- Payment is required within 14 days of invoice to secure your tickets.

Terms & Conditions
*Please ensure you read our terms & conditions carefully before booking.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
- Any cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to awards@todayswillsandprobate.co.uk.
- Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 4 weeks or more before the event: 100% refund
- 3 weeks before the event: 75% refund
- 2 weeks before the event: 50% refund
- 1 week or less before the event: No refund
- Refunds will be calculated based on the ticket price paid. Any optional charity donation included in the booking will be treated separately and will not be refundable once donated.
TICKET TRANSFERS:
- Should you or any of your registered guests be unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to an alternative guest.
- Please notify us by email at least 48 hours prior to the event, providing the name of both the registered guest and the replacement guest, together with any dietary or accessibility requirements.
EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT:
- Today’s Media reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including the venue, timings, programme, host, speakers or entertainment, where necessary. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as reasonably possible of any significant changes.
- In the event that the ceremony is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may request a refund by contacting us within 14 days of the new date being announced.
- In the event that the ceremony is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and provided with details of any applicable refund arrangements.
- Today’s Media will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by attendees as a result of the cancellation, postponement or alteration of the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation or other associated expenses.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING:
- Photography and filming may take place during the event for use in Today’s Media’s marketing, editorial and promotional materials, including websites, social media and future event promotion. By attending the event, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to appear in photography or filming, please notify a member of the event team upon arrival.
DIETARY & ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Please provide any dietary or accessibility requirements when completing your booking. We will endeavour to accommodate all reasonable requirements where notified in advance.
EVENT CONDUCT:
- Today’s Media reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the event where their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe, without liability for any refund or associated costs.
