What is the word count ?

The word count is 750-1250 in total, this is across all submissions

Where do I complete my submission?

All entries must be completed on our bespoke judging platform; Judgify. The direct link will be shared once you have entered.

Can I change the categories I enter at a later date?

Yes, you can change which categories you choose to enter, when you login to Judgify please select your new categories.

What should I include in any additional supporting evidence?

You are welcome to include whatever you think will assist your entry, however, here are some suggests:

  • Statistics to back up points made in your submission
  • Testimonials from clients and colleagues
  • Diagrams to provide visual representations of growth
Will I get feedback on my submission?

All Firms and suppliers who submit will be judged by our panel, each will provide a comment when marking your submission. Following the awards we can share this with you.

Entry Process

  • The deadline to enter the awards is the Friday 3rd July 2026.
  • The early-bird rate to enter the awards is £129.00+VAT. This rate is available until Friday 22nd May 2026. This enables you to enter up to three categories. You do not need to complete your written submission immediately.
  • The standard rate to enter the awards is £169.00+VAT. This rate will be applied from Saturday 23rd May 2026, until entries close on Friday 3rd July 2026. This enables you to enter up to three categories. You do not need to complete your written submission immediately.
  • Should you wish to enter just one of the categories on offer, the rate is £89.00+VAT. This rate will be available until entries close on Friday 3rd July 2026. You do not need to complete your written submission immediately.
  • Finalised submissions must be completed on the Judgify portal by midnight on Friday 10th July 2026, this gives you one additional week after entries close to perfect your written submission.
  • Full details on how to use the Judgify platform will be confirmed by a member of the Today’s Media team.
  • Before you enter, please carefully read the criteria for each category to ensure that you/your organisation are eligible to enter. There are restrictions on the size, location and type of organisation in some categories.

Terms & Conditions

  • Submissions will not be considered for judging until the entry fee has been paid in full. If you have requested to pay via invoice this will be raised at the point of entry and must be paid in full in order to be considered for judging.
  • The British Wills & Probate Awards reserves the right to withdraw a category if an insufficient number of entries are received. In this circumstance, applicants to this category will be contacted to advise of this change.
  • In the event that the in-person ceremony is unable to go ahead this event will delivered online.
  • No refunds will be given for award entry.
  • Shortlisted firms / legal suppliers / award applicants will be contacted on Friday 21st August 2026 and will be announced on Today’s Wills & Probate.
